  4. What is your approach to preparing my home for the market?

  5. Do you provide written recommendations to help maximize the home value? 

  6. How will you customize a marketing plan for my home and will you put your plan in writing?

  7. Do you provide professional photography of my home? What will it cost me? 

  8. Tell me about your experience and what skills you possess to make you the best choice?

  9. What are the market conditions in my price range?

  10. Tell me about your results selling homes in my price range.
